Hudson Bistro & Bar is truly a fantastic place for anyone looking for high-quality kosher dining. The food is absolutely delicious, especially the steaks — perfectly cooked, tender, and incredibly soft with rich flavor in every bite. You can really taste the freshness and care that goes into each dish. Their dessert selection is just as impressive, the perfect sweet ending to a wonderful meal. They also offer a very good variety of alcoholic drinks that pair nicely with the menu and add to the overall experience. The atmosphere is welcoming and enjoyable, making it a great spot for both a relaxed evening out or a special occasion. Overall, Hudson Bistro & Bar delivers excellent kosher cuisine, great drinks, and a memorable dining experience. Highly recommended!

The food wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t what you’d expect from a restaurant at this price point. I ordered three starters, and all three came with the same pulled beef. It tasted fine, but I didn’t want the exact same flavor across different dishes. The steak was well seasoned, but it wasn’t cooked evenly. The Yemenite soup, however, was pretty good. The atmosphere was terrible people were constantly walking in and around since it’s located in a hotel. On top of that, the lighting felt more like a deli style seating area rather than anything fancy or dim. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but considering how expensive it is, I wouldn’t recommend it.

We recently hosted our office holiday party at this restaurant, and it was a wonderful experience. Our table was set up next to a wood-burning fireplace, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. The food was very good overall, but the highlight for me was the complimentary warm pretzel roll served with olive tapenade and seasoned olive oil. That was delicious! Best bang for your buck is the warm apple cider and apple strudel duo! The strudel was enormous and can easily feed 3 people! However, what truly made the evening memorable were our two servers, Juan and Victor, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a Kosher dining option in Westchester County. Just note that it is located inside the Sleepy Hollow Hotel.

Even with a reservation it took time to seat us, and 45min before they even took our order. The drinks say they're made with fresh ingredients, but they acknowledge that isn't true. The brisket was *drowned* in gravy, but the pargiot were pretty good. Overall, if you're staying at the hotel this is probably a fine option, but do not come from a far expecting a fine dining experience.

The restaurant is in the hotel. The hotel lobby is newly renovated and beautiful. The restaurant has a relaxing atmosphere with options to sit by the window or, in the winter, by the fireplace. It's on the ground floor and easily accessible if you have mobility issues. The staff were supremely attentive at every point, checking in on us frequently. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. Even the bread they brought to the table was fresh and so tasty. The cocktails are delicious, tho we asked for virgin, which was no problem. There is parking, but if there is an event at the hotel, you may have to drive around the lot to find a spot
