Hot Spot Pizza & Restaurant

Ordered delivery to my hotel at the hotel clerk's recommendation (Residence Inn Newark DE). Glad he did. Had the Oriental Chicken Salad. Huge, almost too large. Very good quality ingredients; tasty. Chicken very well prepared and seasoned. Good dressing. Very nice roll on the side. Extremely friendly, quick delivery person, too! This was a really nice surprise. I'd go back in a second.

Love Hot Spot delivery. Food arrives in a timely manner and everyone is nice on the phone. We have two favorites! Cheese steak (good rolls) and I get a tuna salad no peppers, no onions. Comes with delicious croutons and some pita.

1st & foremost the woman at the counter who took my order was great. Efficient, nice. Quality wasn’t bad for all the items. Cheese pizza had a unique flavor, can’t say was good or bad. The Mozz Sticks looked authentic, however I would guess they are a premade, packaged product based on the inside. Cheeseburger sub, quality good, size was a push for the price, flavor, bland. I’ve done so many of these & if you know someone who does subs tell them… Salt, Pepper & Oregano goes a long way!!! The cars parked out front at the curb is a little off putting but that’s me being a little nitpicky.

The food is average and they charge for every little thing. I have an allergy to ketcup and asked for bbq sauce and they wanted to charge me 50 cent for bbq sauce. I recommend alot of business here and I will not be recommending anyone here as of today. As the customer service was horrible and the lady at the front was very rude.

The food was very hot when I received it! The salad was a tad warm, but all in all the temperatures were good. The Chicken Alfredo has no seasoning at all!! Portion sizes are amazing!
