Found this deli while googling bagel shops in the area. Almost past the location because I didn’t realize it was inside of an apartment complex. So glad I tried it. Delicious bagel and lox sandwich, one of the best in the area!

I stopped by earlier today and left empty-handed because of the poor customer service. When my husband asked what I wanted, I said I was craving something light like a bagel with cream cheese and jelly. The staff member overheard my conversation and mocked my order in Spanish with his colleague and continued to answer my questions with an arrogant attitude. I walked out feeling disappointed with the way I was treated.

this place is amazing, quick, food is made fresh. staff is super helpful and welcoming. i would drive 100 miles for one slice of their coffee cake.

The deli appears to have new owner. The person taking the phone orders cannot speak English but starts yelling at you when he does not understand. He routinely interrupts you after 2 words (literally), and does bait and switch: he promises to deliver something in half hour, for examole, tou pay, there is no delivery after the whole hour, and you receive yelling when you call to clarify the situation. Given multiple such experiences, I shall not order for thia deli again. What a way to ruin the previiusly well run and much liked deli. Neighbors and other customers: please beware.
