The owner, Becky was extremely rude!!! The invoice was $200 higher than 6 months ago for same cleaning of ice machine. When I questioned the increase Becky informed me her techs were here for almost 3 hours. I knew that was incorrect so I pulled camera footage and they were here 1 1/2 hours. When i called Becky back and mentioned the camera footage she became rude, irate and condescending. Becky took $30 off the $434.25 invoice. We will never use them again!!!

We were looking for some large stainless steel bowls for a potluck. They had just what we needed at a reasonable price! Owners were pleasant and helpful.

The owner, Becky, is rude! Most times than not she’ll hang up the phone on customers when proposed with questions regarding service when they’re in the wrong. Clyde & other employees of the business are kind and informative and seem to care about the rapport however with an owner such as Becky, of course they have to mend possible broken relationships.

When I called I was greeted very pleasantly give me the information I needed I came to the store encountered two long-term employees who were very helpful very nice and respectable I love the old school style will always come here thank you guys so much

Bought a faucet there for an outdoor project and the lady at the counter was phenomenal in customer service. Though I returned the faucet (my error in sizing) there was no restocking fee and again friendly service. I will support this local business in the future and recommend them highly.
