What a wonderful experience! I am so glad my husband and I decided to check this spot out today. The owner, Kristen treats her customers like family. I really appreciated her bubbly personality! I also really appreciated the sweet sayings and words of encouragement they include on each shake cup. What a nice touch and it was just what I needed to hear. Definitely be sure to support this small business!

Midtown Nutrition is the #1 BEST protein shake shop in Wilmington!!! If you’re looking for delicious shakes and a welcoming atmosphere, this place is for you! Don’t want a protein shake? They even have other options as well, like tasty teas, coffee, etc. I also love the inspirational quotes they write on the cups! I always know it’s going to be a good day when I start it off by grabbing a shake from here, it really adds some flavor to my morning routine :-) 10/10 would recommend!!!

Kristen -(the owner) is absolutely the most hospitable person ever and so knowledgeable about the menu and about her products! She is committed to being helpful and loving to her customers!!!!! The menu is outstanding and there are so many options! The shakes are 10x better than cookout and so healthy and low in calories! AND INEXPENSIVE! The store is modern with cute decor and holiday menus!
