Hatch Early Mood Food

My husband and I ate breakfast here before Christmas shopping. The atmosphere is a little noisy, but not too loud. We ordered the Incredible Eggwich, Burro St. Nick and the Pina Caramelo pancake. The pancake was our favorite, but everything was really good.

Came in during the brunch rush with some friends and we were able to get a table immediately. Our server was awesome and very helpful with our menu questions. I ordered a Mocha Morning to drink that was honestly super delicious. Ended up ordering the poutine to eat and while the flavor was good, my food wasn't warm and the cheese had hardened making it tough and chewy.

My husband and I were looking for a new breakfast place and stumbled across this amazing little restaurant. The food was to die for with some amazing twists to you normal breakfast food. I got a pineapple mimosa and the Tuscan Anne eggs Benedict. The mimosas were perfectly balanced and the eggs were perfectly cooked with fresh ingredients. My husband got the bananas foster pancakes. They were heavenly, just like real bananas foster, not some cheap knock off. The staff was all really friendly and our waitress was very helpful giving us great recommendations and explanations.

If you decide you to go on the weekends the wait times can be an hour long. Try to reserve and go. Food and atmosphere is pretty good. I liked the kitchen sink (breakfast item) and the mimosa. Coffee is pretty good too

I got the Bagel and Nova Lox and it was delicious! It was the perfect meal for going shopping at the outlet mall for the afternoon. It was busy on a Saturday at 11am but we were seated inside quickly. It was noisy in the dinning room so anyone who has hearing loss may find it difficult to hear others. It would be helpful if the restaurant turned off the background music during the busiest times of the day. By the time we left shortly after 12pm, the crowd had thinned out and the noise level had dropped.
