Last night, my husband and I attended Chef Ron's Spring 2026 menu preview at Harvest & Tide on the Bohemian Manor Farm in Chesapeake City, MD. Chef Ron never disappoints. There was a wide range of dishes to try last night and their presentation was clean and beautiful. I could go into each one because they were all delicious in their own way. Each component of the meal worked together to have a perfect balance of flavors. Honestly, I could go into each drink pairing too. The drink selection complimented each dish perfectly to bring forward and highlight each dishes flavor profile. I also like that there wasn't all wine pairings. What an amazing dinner and night we had during Harvest and Tide’s soft opening debuting Ron Milburn as their new Senior Executive Chef! We already know we love Chef Ron’s food, and have been waiting for the restaurant opening. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful, spacious, has a warm atmosphere with an amazing view of the Bohemia River. Mike and I were seated with an incredible view at an intimate table where we could enjoy each other’s company. We started out with a peanut butter White Russian. It was expertly mixed with subtle hints of PB and a perfect ratio of Kahlua and Vodka. For appetizers we shared the Mushroom and Brie soup, Crab and Stracciatella dip, Tempura Shrimp with Asian braised vegetables. Everything was very good, but my favorite was the shrimp and braised cabbage

We came out to the eastern shore from Harford County to check out Chef Ron's new restaurant, and it was amazing! Chef Ron, and his amazing wife, Angie have created a beautiful atmosphere with delicious food and drinks. My husband tried the Lamb Burger and I had the Crab & Stacciatella Dip. Delish! We were so happy to come and check it out and support some great people! We can't wait to come back and try more on the menu! Plus, the wine is so amazing 😍🍷

Harvest & Tide is an incredible dining experience! The food is truly fresh, locally sourced, and made from scratch — you can taste the quality and care in every bite. The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and beautifully designed, and the team provides genuine hospitality that makes you feel right at home. If you value fresh, thoughtful food and exceptional service, Harvest & Tide is a must-visit. We had an exceptional lunch at this restaurant, accompanied with great wines and spectacular views! Pleased to report that the new owners have kept the outdoor area pet friendly, and we were able to go by boat on an amazing fall day. The pictures of the food say it all--absolutely loved the tomato flatbread, the short ribs (wow!) and the boar papardelle. Simply amazing, can't wait to come back to enjoy the views by the fire!
