Hardee's

Nicole Mays was seriously one of the nicest cashiers I’ve had in a long time. She was quick, polite, and made sure my order was right. You can tell she cares about her job.

I ordered breakfast, and it was quick, hot, and accurate. I enjoyed my interaction with the staff itself but especially with Debbie Goleman! She made sure we left happy and satisfied!!!

I came in looked at the menu, I couldn't figure out what to get. A gentleman named Jonathan Burleson helped me and recommended some things on the menu! Thank you Jonathan. Clean facility, friendly atmosphere, would definitely recommend 10 out of 10

Stopped here for a quick breakfast. We both got the biscuits and gravy. Really good for a fast food place. Was pleasantly surprised that they didn't charge my wife for her coffee. A simple little thing like that elevated the whole experience. The cashier was wonderful, you could tell by the way she was treating the regulars, and the way they treated her also. Next time we're in Mountain City, we'll stop back in for a quick breakfast again.

It is the worse experience I’ve ever had going to a fast food restaurant. They messed up everything, not to mention when we politely asked for it to be made right they purposely messed it up even worse. Also there has been multiple times that I’ve heard that people at this establishment have messed with peoples food. Customer service is terrible aswell, which begs the question can someone please hire some people worth a paycheck this Hardee’s used to be good when I was a child now it’s pathetic.
