Hardee's

I placed a mobile order and went in to pick it up. I had to wait almost an hour for it to be ready. The cashier was trying her best, but was pretty much alone considering everytime she asked the cooks for an item needed, they gave her a careless attitude and kept disappearing into the walk in. There was a teenage boy there who was with friends, they all ordered after I had arrived, his friends got there food and ate, while he and I both sat there waiting for our food. Its ridiculous. The employees who work hard and try their best get brought down with the incompetence of their careless coworkers. Do better management.

Hair baked in the biscuits and plastic in my burger in the past. We waited today for a bacon platter and two bacon egg cheese biscuits---waited for 45 minutes and counting in drive thru! We were the fourth car in line too. Still waiting for our food. And it's dead! Nobody is here. Unbelievable. I'm done with this place. Thank you for proving to us each time you are just not worth it.

I ordered the brew pulled pork bbq burger. It was missing pulled pork still good but c’mon guys! My diet Dr Pepper was just carbonated water. The fries were amazing though!! Guess I have to check everything before I leave!!

Arrived at 1210. 2 cars had yet to order so not terribly busy but still busy. We just now drove away at 105! We got 2 simple combos. So much for FAST food. It appeared there was only one person working the drive thru window and the inside. This falls on management. Do better. Also, food was not warm and soggy. We are locals and have avoided here due to the same above reasons we experienced many months ago. Decided to give them another shot. Now we definitely have confirmed we wont be back.

Emily and Jeremy were amazing. I was ordering breakfast for my kids and I. We ordered meals but it wasn’t on the menu (it was more expensive) She offered me a better deal and saved me money. Jeremy was also very helpful in the drive Thur window. Very kind and caring. Great with customers.
