Hardee's

The staff is welcoming when we come in for our morning breakfast. Always greeting us with a friendly smile. Love going in and seeing others actually laugh and having a good time. We always get our food in a timely manner even on days when I think its appropriate to order lunch menu item for breakfast. Thats another reason why I enjoy coming here I can order lunch at 6A!! My favorite is there Biscuits and Gravy they just hit differently than other food chains. I love how they are always adding different items to keep things interesting to their menu for instance I really hope there ice coffee sticks around...I think its a big hit!!

Food was good, better than some fast food restaurants. The spicy chicken strips were not spicy at all maybe one bite was. They are just the regular chicken strips with some "spicy" powder sprinkled on top. The chicken was high quality though.

My latest experience at my local Hardee’s (Jacksonville’s finest fast food establishment) was a fantastic experience to say the least. I am always treated to great food with exceptional service, but this time my experience was topped by Abby, one of the stores managers. She took my order and made sure everything was correct and all the while her smile never wavered. She made my day and I enjoyed my meal more because of it, and I will definitely return in the future.

Services can be better. The food can be better in the people at the counter can be better cause Roy poor customer experience they get things wrong when you order extra cheese they charge you for and you don’t get it if you charge for something you don’t get it then they get mad because you go back and try to fix it.

The guys bathroom was disgustingly dirty. The chicken sandwich a family member got had to be replaced because it was served burnt. The shift was nice and apologized.
