ZERO! NEVER AGAIN! DO NOT GO HERE I went here this evening, just now, 1/19/2026 about 7:30PM. My son and two boys were on our way home, went through the drivethru. Not a single car in the parking lot. I pull up and was just absolutely struck by how unbelieably rude everyone was. I asked for a minute to order, came back and said I was ready, "yeah!" "More?" After every item ordered, absolutely rude as HELL. I said thank you and please, incredibly kind and absolutely NOTHING no manners in return. Pulled up the white line so they can make the car turn around time quota... Hands me a bag, no thank you, even after I said. Just "Yeah..."... At this point something told me to check the items. We ordered 3 sandwiches and a KIDS grilled cheese. See the pics. Cold as all get out. Cheese not

Everyone that works the drive thru needs to learn customer service skills because they’re RUDE. They’re two that are especially rude, one of whom was working tonight. They definitely should not be taking orders. The menu outside doesn’t have everything listed and when you ask them a question they act like they don’t want to be bothered. And if there’s an up charge for something they should alert you to that and have the customer acknowledge the up charge. It seems like every time there’s a new person at the window they’re worst than the one before. Next time I get to the speaker & I get a worker being short & unfriendly I’ll just keep on driving & spend my money elsewhere. The manager can clearly hear how they talk to customers & doesn’t correct it either.

I don't even know why I waste my time with this since I can't even lower the rating anymore with this updated review but, boy has this place fallen. It's been over a DECADE of me coming back to give this place more "second chances" to see if they would improve. I give up. DON'T EAT HERE. Find something else... anything... This is not the Hardee's food you are looking for...

this is the last time I come to this filthy place, the workers are rude and just Mumble things back to you, good luck trying to communicate anything through the drive-thru . no total no confirmation to order is correct . just trying to rush you through there with a mumbling voice. food is always dry and overcooked. they all look sleepy and close to nodding out , unclean and unkept. took 20 minutes to get my order so I got tired of waiting and went inside and the place was completely empty. people just moping around doing nothing. lame... I will spend my money elsewhere next time

Food is good if you get it. 9 times out of 10 they forget something. Then when you call, they don't know how to give you your money back. Check your order before pulling away is today's lesson.
