Dunkin'

on my soul my last 5 times ordering sandwiches they burnt it. my biggest regret is giving my money to dunkin. my frozen chocolate is literally frozen like are we fr?

It was my first time getting an iced drink from Dunkin along with some doughnuts! The Mocha Frozen Coffee was delicious. Much like a milkshake with caffeine. Comparable to Starbucks, but I liked this better. Their limited time Churro doughnut didn't taste as fresh as the others and needed more flavor. The Vanilla Creme and Boston Creme were great though! And the Double Chocolate Cake doughnut was pretty good too, but also needed a little more flavor. A plus is their rewards app. I've already racked up some points to put towards more treats. Which is necessary because with their prices going up, it's not exactly super cheap anymore.

This Dunkin used to have the best donuts in the area for miles. Somewhere around 3 years ago something changed and they’ve never been the same. I’ve given up hoping it’ll get fixed. I don’t know how to get fresh donuts here anymore. No matter what time of day you order they will give you stale, dry, crumbling old donuts. Whatever you do, don’t order a donut with any kind of filling. It will be a congealed gelatinous abomination that no human should attempt to eat. I have even gone inside and asked the staff to please give me a fresh donut, and i am handed the same disgusting, crumbling, sad excuse for a pastry. For three years it’s been like this now, and today after trying one final time, I am officially giving up.

Only customer inside. Waited 10 min, completely ignored. When I asked if anyone was working the counter , employee was rude. Very unprofessional. Atmosphere and service could use some work. I never actually got any food so I can not rate that. Won’t be back. Take your chances. lol

I was told by my 16-year-old who dined here before playing in a basketball game with a teammate that she and her teammate were CUSSED AT and made to clean up trash belonging to other patrons before being dismissed from dining inside the restaurant. When I called to inquire, I was told by the Manager that, "Goochland County High School students are no longer allowed in my store." Not only does my niece not attend Goochland County High School, she had no idea that students were not allowed to dine inside of the store as patrons. If you are a parent of a child who attends Goochland County High School, ask your children. They will confirm. Call the establishment. They will confirm the same. I will be filing a formal complaint with the corporate offices regarding the treatment of my niece, as w
