Hardee's

Not exactly the best experience. We'd been traveling and decided to stop for shakes. She didn't seem too enthused to take our order and wasn't very friendly. I hate talking bad but I work in customer service back home (I serve ice cream, go figure) and I wasn't a happy customer. I got chocolate, mom strawberry, dad vanilla. Their milkshakes were fine, but mine was 3/4 full when I received it and I feel like it had more whip cream than milkshake. Me and my mom don't like confrontation so we didn't mention it but on the way back out I heard the worker say that she was ready to go. (That's what it sounded like.) I hate making milkshakes too, but when people pay good money for their dessert I make sure they get what they paid for. This happened September 14th, around 2:30 or a little before (

A bunch of confusion with the staff arguing with each other. I'm trying to order at the drive-thru. I asked a question and the lady was rude. She told me to pull up because my order wasn't ready. I waited 8 minutes along with 2 other cars. I ordered the big bag with double cheeseburgers. The buns were STALE. I will not stop at this Hardee's again

Stopped by for dinner and it took quite some time to even get an order in and even longer to actually receive the food. I wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you’ve got a lot of time to burn. The food was however fairly good!

I remember when $16 would get a whole bag of biscuits.. I got 2 biscuits, 1 large coffee, and a large tater rounds that was more like a small in reality... And I had to pour my own coffee, add my own cream and sugar, grab my own napkins, and I had to ask twice for mayo packets .. from now on I just eat breakfast at home before I leave

Typical fast food restaurant. Dining room was chilly. Fries and bacon not cooked long enough. Chicken sandwich was juicy hot a nice portion of lettuce and Tomato.
