Five Guys

Good crew working today. Very friendly and lively. Crew banter was fun to listen to. It adds to the positive experience (crew having fun while working). Food was excellent as usual for a Five Guys. Already dug in before taking the photo….couldn’t help it.

Stopped over on our way to Myrtle Beach. Wished they served coffee. Had to go to the gas station for coffee. Milkshakes are not for everybody. The fries were great. The patties are meatier than most other fast food burger patties. Enjoyed the peanuts while we waited for our order.

I got a burger with fries and would say it was pretty good. I would rate the burger at probably a 8 out of 10 and the fries were 8 out of 10. The fries remind me of French fries I got as a kid at a little league baseball park that were just amazing because of the size and crunch. I would say five guys is probably one of the best burger places i have been. I like the simple recipes and quality of the food is pretty good which makes it worth the higher prices. Where else are you going to get a good quality burger and fries? Steak n Shake might be a good comparison. 😊

Great great great! Every employee spoke as we entered the restaurant. Every employee was nice and asked how they could help. Order was taken promptly. Wife’s milkshake was made immediately. They were out of tea but when I asked for it they made an entire batch just me as we were the only ones in the restaurant even though it was only 30 minutes before closing. Burgers were very good and made to order. Everything was very clean. Employees checked on us to see if we needed any else. Highly recommend!
