Hardee's

Best food in town I love this place. It is so amazing. I know pretty much everyone there. I’m not sure who the cook was today around 9:30 but the eggs were so fresh. The biscuits were amazing. The food was put together so neatly and everyone was doing something and helping each other and working together as a team whoever the cook was tell them thank you it was absolutely amazing.

Was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the cleanliness of the dining room. Most fast food places at 11:08 in the morning (or any other time of the day) you have to search all over the restaurant to find the least sticky table. They were even cleaning the windows and doors while I was there as well! I praised them, and he said they were doing their best. Hardees in Dandridge TN.

I had the breakfast platter with ham. I did not ask for a heart shaped biscuit, but that's what I got. I don't like that. The ham needed to be cooked longer. But at least the dining area was cold and wet. Results may vary.

I do not visit/eat here often. However every single visit is marked by an overcharge different than the locations posted menu prices. Today the initial overcharge was 85 cents. Menu price of $6.49 with initial total of $8.00. Tax for this area is 9.75%. Menu charge with correct tax equals $7.12. This is a normal and routine occurrence here. When questioned the employee either says we can’t change what the register provides to the posted prices. Today the overcharge was changed with no explanation from the employee. The final price charged was still 10 cents more than the posted price. Since these issues have been and are still being called to the staff’s attention I believe this to be a known company /franchise directive. Let the buyer beware with this Hardee’s franchise location
