D & S Cafe and Gift Shop (and more)

We went in and got a sandwich and a banana split. Didn't see what we wanted on the menu. Dan custom made us a sandwich that was delicious. Banana split was huge. They had tons of neat, cratfy art items, t-shirts, ect... I'll be going back in a few days to try the pizza. Good place to grab a cup of coffee and chat.

Oh my goodness, I was treated to a delightful lunch and shopping spree at a treasure find in Dandridge, TN. The Gobbler and the D&S croissant sandwiches were FABULOUS! They also serve bunches of Blue Bell ice cream flavors. The owners were a treat to meet - and talk about talent, they are crafters extraordinaire😊. I have collected nativities from all over the world - so I’m particular about craft stores. This one ranks as the most unique since it also serves yummy food, too!

Stopped in on a whim, the giant ice cream cone monster is what brought us in! Now, there is A LOT in this place! You got home decor, wings, ice cream, pizza, and that is just a few things! We decided to get a 12” pizza, which is the largest. My fiancé and I split the pizza in half and had 4 slices each. It was really good! Firm crust without being overly burnt! Now I will say the menu is a tad overwhelming but they truly have a lot to offer. Will be back again! Hopefully for some coffee!

Had the delicious caramel ice cream affogato and the dark cherry ice cream was also amazing. Was served a very tasty Buffalo chicken gluten free pizza with a crust created and hand-made by the very friendly and helpful owners. The crust was crispy, yummy, and not burnt on the edges as all gf pizzas I've ever had seem to be. The crust is a blend of broccoli and cheese, which is original and flavorful. We will definitely be back!

Very deceiving from the road -- the store is huge! Lots of home decor created by the owner, craft supplies, packaged and prepared foods. The pizza was very good for East Tennessee: crispy crust, a good amount of sauce, very cheesy, lots of pepperoni. The buffalo wing sauce on the wings was classic and very good. Head's up, I'm pretty sure the wings are baked, not fried. They were still good, just not what I expected and didn't think to ask before ordering. I stopped in to pick up lunch so not much time to browse, but they have indoor dining, too. I'll be back to check out all they have to offer.
