After the last Hardee's in town closed (*It was a complete dump*) and a brand new one opened, I was holding out hope that they had gotten a bit better. Pulled up to the drive thru at 8:05, girl working drive through finally managed to take my order at 8:14 despite only 1 car sitting at the window. Turns out they hadn't ordered anything, they were just hanging out and talking. Ordered #3 Frisco Burger, just the burger A 3 piece chicken tender w/ BBQ A large fry & a chili dog. Sat at the window for a solid 15 seconds with the girl at the open window but talking to their coworker while I was holding my card out. Coworker finally motioned for her to take my card and to pay attention. Proceeded to wait 15 minutes while they made my food? No comment from them such as "hey, we need to make xyz

Food is always decent, the workers were nice. But good grief... the 3 Pc Chicken Tenders meal is a rip off now. Shrink-flation strikes again! 🙄😒 Remember, a few years back, when Hardee's first added the "100% All White Meat Breaded Chicken Tenders" to their menu? All the fanfair? They were HUGE pieces of chicken! Easily 6-7 inches long, bug around as a half dollar and flaky and tender. They used to be delicious! Well not anymore. They are barely 4" long, maybe as big around as a nickel and the breading is almost nonexistent. If it wasn't for the fact that it was a "Tender Tuesday" deal on the app, which made them BOGOF, it would not have been worth the money. $6 for 3 puny little tenders should be criminal! CRIMINAL! Order cheeseburger no mustard ketchup pickles only bacon cheeseburger my cheeseburger had a ton of mustard on it bacon bacon all in my package on the bacon cheeseburger the cheese wasn't even melted so therefore food must not have been hot and had two slivers of bacon on it, in french fries look like they were deep fried three times and then put in the microwave! When I called about coming back to have him fix my order they let me know they were closed and I come tomorrow! I came today to get a full refund because none of the food was eaten I was just a waste I want my money back I do not wish to have food from here at all! I got to the drive through at 8:45PM. This location was supposed to be open until 9:00PM. By 8:50, five minutes later, no one had come to the speaker. I pull around and see two female employees sitting in the eating area. I thought maybe the drive thru was down so I parked and tried to walk in. Nope, the doors are locked. At 8:50PM. So not only did they shut down the drive through early, they refused to acknowledge my presence and couldn't even say sorry, they closed early. There was no sign indicating an early closure. Also, when I drove around the building, I saw the two employees running to the back of the restaurant and giggling. A Frisco burger that wasn't even toasted, I mean come on seriously. Y'all can't even toast the buns. No sooner than my husband ate it because unlike y'all he actually puts in work and does it right.
