Haley's Ice Cream Store

HB's only BEACHFRONT ice cream shop. Great selection and lovely views. The best part, it's an easy 1 mile walk from our Airbnb. Great spot for guests to enjoy ice cream on the beach. Pro tip: If you make a purchase in the boutique downstairs, your receipt usually includes a coupon for Haley's Ice Cream ☺️

Cutest ice cream shop on the beach, so of course it has an amazing view. Also the guy was working alone & had a ton of customers but was very very fast & friendly. My husband did find a broken piece of spoon in his ice cream so maybe stronger sample spoons is all I could recommend 😊

Haley's Ice Cream is located behind the swimsuit boutique with entrance right off the beach. They offer a large selection of Hershey's ice creams by the scoop, in cones (cake, sugar, or waffle), in shakes, or in sundaes. When we were there, there only appeared to be one person working, so service was a bit slow though he was working incredibly hard. The ice cream was standard fare, and the inside seating was unremarkable. However outside seating was available in the form of stools at a bar facing the ocean. That's a really great way to enjoy ice cream! Overall, average ice cream with an above average view.

Super cute ice cream shop with a vintage feel. There’s outdoor seating facing the beach. They have lots of yummy ice cream flavors. I really enjoyed the caramel peanut butter!

My family and I are native to holden beach. We arrived at this location at 8:20 p.m. there was a family of five in front of us...two of them ordered milkshakes. My family consist of a 7 year old and a 11 year old. My husband and I also brought in our 3 month old with us for a family night of ice cream after dinner. When it was our turn My husband and I ordered milkshakes and we were told that they are no longer serving milkshakes....reminder the family in front of us ordered milkshakes. We got our kids two scoops of mint and cotton candy and left. I'm not sure why they said they were not serving milkshakes anymore. We won't be going back.
