Hi, I just have to post again about how great this particular Habit location is. Most Habit Burger restaurants are very good, but it has been my experience that this one in Aliso Viejo is outstanding. The best quality food, best service, and the dining area is always clean. They also have such great people at the counter and at the grill, making sure everything is prepared exactly as ordered. The manager Ariel is absolutely the most helpful and runs his restaurant with great care and respect for his customers and his staff. A couple gals at the counter are so sweet and super efficient. Stephanie, Daria and others do a really great job. I happen to know how challenging it is to operate a good fast food restaurant. This is just complete chaos. We, the delivery drivers, are suffering because of the absolute incompetence of these idiots. DoorDash counted me as late through no fault of my own, but because of the stupidity and chaos on the part of the store. As a result, my rating is lowered, and with it, my earnings are actually reduced. Do you even realize that your mistakes are costing people money? Or do you just not care? We waste our time, gas, and nerves, and then we get fines and lower ratings because of the mistakes of these completely irresponsible employees. This isn't the first time, and it's not a coincidence — it's a systemic mess. Because of such "partners," the platform is turning into a circus where the courier always takes the fall. Tonight, February 2, 2026, I visited this Habit location and ordered onion rings along with five pieces of chicken fingers. After waiting approximately 40 minutes for my order, I was called to pick it up and noticed that sweet potato fries were provided instead of the onion rings I ordered. I politely asked the manager to correct the order, but he responded dismissively and told me to either take it or leave it. This response was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. Unfortunately, this Habit location appears to be one of the worst-performing branches I have experienced, not only due to the excessive wait time but also because of the manager’s lack of basic customer service, emotional intelligence, and management skills. I order from Habit once a week. I'm normally very happy with the food. Last time I ate here the side salad wasn't fresh and I complained. I'm happy to report I ordered the salad tonight and it was very fresh. Thank you Habit for listening and improving!
