Super clean and high quality ingredients! Staff was friendly and accommodating. Everything is made fresh and customizable, I stopped by while in the area and would definitely recommend for wraps or smoothies. I got the BBQ chicks wrap and a custom smoothie
Such a great addition to Wallingford for healthy eats! For our first visit, we ordered a few of their signature menu items, but I appreciate that you also customize your own meal. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and well-balanced! Generous portion sizes too. It was great lunch for my husband and I!
This place is highly recommend! I had the BBQ Chicken Delight Wrap, the Chicken Quinoa Bowl, and a large Mist Smoothie, and everything was incredible. The wrap was packed with flavor, the quinoa bowl was super fresh and filling, and that smoothie? Perfectly refreshing! You can really taste the quality in every bite. If you're looking for delicious, healthy options with great flavor, this is the place !!! Everything was so fresh, will definitely be back

Amazing salad & smoothie! I had the Avocado Blaze salad with steak and the Green Power smoothie—wow! Super fresh, so yummy! I can’t wait to try their other food items, I’ll definitely be a regular here. Thank you guys!! The place is so nice and clean too!
