Goodness Bowls

I really enjoyed the savory ricotta with avocado on sourdough bread. Best I’ve ever had! Pretty good size and lots of avocado. Their cold-pressed organic juice was also decent. Be prepared that everything is pricey but the high-quality food makes up for it.

This was our first time eating here and I can’t wait to go back! The menu has a great variety, with customization options, healthy ingredients, and logical price points. It is spotless, with a bright & cheery Down The Shore vibe. The staff is really friendly and helpful as well. I like that it’s not just a smoothie and fruit bowl kind of a place, so you can actually get real food too. I ordered the Pesto Avocado Smash and it was SO good :) My husband got to the EBTB Avocado Smash, as seen in the pics attached

Love Goodness Bowls. Staff is always friendly & helpful - no matter how busy they are. All their bowls are delicious & customizable. I love the Aloha Bowl - all their fruit is so fresh. My husband loves the Post Pump Smoothie. The Avocado smashes are great & so filling. I try to go at least once a week after my Pilates session. Go try it & you wouldn’t be disappointed

Came for their holiday tasting event!!! The gingerbread smoothie and protein balls were so delicious!! Will definitely come back!!!

I’ve never been to this goodness bowls but the second I stepped in it felt unreal. Annie was very welcoming nice and she made my bowl very fast and efficiently! Definitely try out this place it’s worth all the time and money!
