Last night was my first time there, and I LOVED it! First of all, the restaurant is beautiful. Seems minimal at first, but the wall art is lovely and the lights in the window help set the atmosphere. Very clean and easy to navigate around the dining area too, lots of room to move! The service was amazing too! The server was very friendly and prompt, and was kind enough to give us a free order of kheer to help celebrate our anniversary! Truly made me smile. The food itself was INCREDIBLE. We split an appetizer portion of the tandoori paneer masala, and that was probably my favorite dish. The regular naan is light and airy with a nice smokiness. And the regular paneer masala was filled with so much flavor in a reasonable and good portion size. And of course the mango lassi was so sweet an

Had an outstanding experience at this restaurant, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food and exceptional service. The chicken tikka is absolutely worth trying — perfectly marinated, tender, and bursting with authentic flavor. Everything we ordered was fresh and delicious. A special thanks to the host, Manu, who is incredibly polite and welcoming. His warm attitude and attentive service truly elevated our dining experience and made us feel genuinely valued. I will definitely be coming back again!

The food and service here is always amazing. We first discovered Blue Taj when I lived in PA, the atmosphere, and service were awesome and the food ALWAYS is delicious. We have since moved to New Jersey but if we want amazing Indian food we always make the drive to Blue Taj because it’s so worth it every time!

I highly recommend the chicken Korma or Chicken Vindaloo —tender and perfectly spiced. The lamb rogan josh was tender and full of depth, and the garlic & bullet naan was spot on. Every bite felt like comfort food elevated to a fine dining level. The ambiance is cozy and welcoming, and the service was top-notch—friendly, knowledgeable, and never rushed.
