Copihue Bakehouse

First of all, as soon as I got there, I felt really good because of its beautiful ambience. I tried an apricot earl grey scone with herbal tea and it was just perfect for me to enjoy the afternoon! My husband loved the pie as well. Surprisingly, drip coffee was on point too! Forgot to write that the owner was super friendly as well. I would like to come here again with my girl friends🥹

We have been looking for a Chilean bakery / cafe closer to where we live, and our hope was realized! We walked inside to meet the owner Cote', and immediately felt at home. There is a perfect mix of Chilean baked specialties, with some American tweaks. We personally tried her baked cheese empanadas, avocado and tomato toast, Kuchen (sweet walnut dessert pie), and coffee. There are more selections coming in the future. One noticeable thing about the sweet options is that the sugar content is significantly reduced, yet is still very tasty! If you want fresh, then this is the place to go! It is a welcome departure from the norm of chain coffee shops and bakeries. We will be coming back as often as we can!

I took a holiday cake decorating class at Copihue and it was so much fun! Cote was a great instructor and gave lots of positive reinforcement, which helped build confidence. She had the 6” layer cake baked, stacked and crumb coated, all ready for us to learn how to frost and decorate. She had lots of fun, sparkly decor supplies which really added a fun holiday look to the cakes. She offered yummy baked items and cheese empanadas for us to snack on. She boxed up our cakes and we were able to take them home nd enjoy them. It was a fun night, and I definitely picked up some new skills. Thanks Cote!

I ordered personalized macarons for my baby shower and Cote truly brought my vision to life. They were not only beautifully decorated but also absolutely delicious! She even individually wrapped each macaron as a to-go favor, which made them feel extra special for our guests. Everyone couldn’t stop talking about how amazing they tasted. I would highly recommend Copihue Bakehouse!
