Good Catch | Thai Urban Bistro

We were in New Orleans celebrating my birthday when a cold front rolled in on our second night. The wind picked up, the temperature dropped fast, and walking around suddenly didn’t sound like much fun. So, we searched for a cozy place for dinner, and Good Catch | Thai Urban Bistro caught our eye. They were closing at 9pm and it was already close to 8, so we grabbed an Uber and headed over. We made it just in time and were seated right away, even without a reservation. That alone felt like a win. My family loves ordering a variety of dishes to share so we can try a little of everything, and we definitely did that here. Every dish that came out was flavorful and beautifully prepared. You could taste the freshness in everything. The clams with basil were delicious, though the clams themselves

Wow. This place is a must try in the area. The food is delicious. The frozen mojito is strong and delicious. I had the spring rolls which come with a chili sauce and was to die for. And for dessert the mango cheesecake is light and tasteful. Definitely stop here if you’re in the area, it won’t disappoint!!!!

Good Catch is hands down my favorite Thai spot. The food is absolutely incredible. Every dish is full of bold, authentic flavors and consistently outstanding. It is the kind of place where everything you order tastes amazing. “Yuri” also provides wonderful service (apart from having the coolest haircut) and makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommend if you love truly great Thai food. 🍜✨

Among the best Thai food I’ve ever eaten. Amazing menu, quality ingredients, good drinks, and a legit chef (Aom) who knows her craft. Throw in a great environment and affable co-owner, Frankie, and you’ve got the recipe for a great experience.

Found place this on WWL w/Malik. The main dishes were excellent! The Pad Thai was especially delicious—full of flavor and cooked perfectly. My husband ordered the Sweet and Sour with beef and shrimp, and both proteins were tender and really well prepared. The only small downside was the appetizer; the edamame was a bit underdone and could have used a little more steam time. Overall, though, we really enjoyed our meal.
