Gen Sushi & Hibachi

Had a wonderful dining experience here tonight. The atmosphere is warm and relaxing, perfect for enjoying a meal with friends. The sushi and sashimi were incredibly fresh and beautifully presented—almost too pretty to eat! Every bite was delicious, and the service was friendly and attentive. Definitely a place I would love to come back to again. Highly recommended!

We had a company team bonding dinner here and it was really good. The sushi was amazing, the hibachi was amazing and everyone really enjoyed themselves. Highly recommend!! Service was pretty good. They do have tables without hibachi as well.

We live out of town and my sister in law brought us to Gen Sushi and Hibachi. The food was amazing from the edamame appetizer to the miso soup to the fresh sushi and the teriyaki chicken. The four of us were all duly impressed with the food and the service!! Dinner started with warm hand towels provided by our kind and efficient server. Our food was not only served in a timely manner but the presentation was extremely impressive. As we were finishing we noticed the chef preparing a sushi feast. The boat of sushi designed for a group of regular customers was incredible. One woman told us she drove 45 minutes just to have the fresh sushi. That is a high compliment!! If you aren’t a fan of sushi the menu offers many other options. We will definitely visit again when we are in town.

We stopped by for a very wonderful lunch on Saturday. We tried both the sashimi and cooked seafood items from their menu. Everything tasted delicious and was very fresh, including the wonderful tuna belly

The food here is authentic and thoughtfully creative, with fresh flavors that really stand out. The service is friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. The restaurant itself is clean, pretty, and has a welcoming atmosphere definitely a great spot for quality Japanese food.
