Gastro 49 Pub & Eatery

Looking for a bite to eat before long drive home and this place was just the ticket. They have tables inside and patio with sunsail outside. Food is cooked to order and sandwiches were delicious! Will mark this spot to revisit next time I travel through!

We had a pleasant meal at Gastro 49. The food is a little more unique than a typical “American Food” eatery. We sat outside and really enjoyed the patio (but wish there would have been music). We ordered the jalapeño poppers, Gastro burger, and buffalo chicken salad. The sweet potato fries were the best we’ve ever had.

This restaurant has an interesting setup and has an outdoor patio. The service was great! The food was good, but my cod fish fry had overcooked batter. My husband's cheeseburger looked wonderful, the only problem was he ordered medium done, but it came completely done, which was not his expectation. One thing was perfection in their french fries and sweet potato fries. One of the best we ever had! The murals around the building and inside were very beautiful and fun!

The bartender was friendly and helpful and the service was good but the setting was just not my style of place. The jalapeño poppers are wonderful and the fish was also very tasting. Like I mentioned before, I just was not feeling the atmosphere.

First time here. Parking seemed pretty full. There is a front dining area with a bar, and family dining in the back. Our server, Kathrine, was very pleasant. They have an AMY Burger!! Of course it would be stuffed with bacon😋 It was delicious! We also had the Reuben egg rolls, hot n crispy. Great service and food, highly recommend 🤘🏻
