Culver’s

Ordered a fish sandwich. Fish was bland, no spices. A lot of breading, not a lot of fish. Bun seemed stale. Shredded cheese and shredded lettuce - half on the sandwich, half in the box! Who puts shredded cheddar cheese on a sandwich. When I would take bites of it, a lot of the fish filet and the condiments went slidin€g off. Each subsequent bite...more psliding6) off. Total mess. Ended up eating it with a knife and fork. Worst fish sandwich I ever had. Over priced ($8, including tax).

I ordered online for pickup, and it wad rea dy. Didn't have to wait long.

This is the premier Culver's location in the United States. Led by the Cream Team (my name for their staff), this location never falls short in any metric. The Cream Team will always greet you with a smile, service is always quick, food is always fresh, and facilities are always clean. It truly is a family atmosphere and that's why I keep coming back. This is the best place to stop when traveling or if you are looking for an easy dinner outside of the house.

I live nearby so I consider myself a frequent customer. Great, friendly employees. Today at the drive thru, an employee (Gabe?) messed up my order. Didn’t discover until I get home. Returned to Culver’s to get the ordered items corrected. Gabe overheard my conversation and immediately took ownership of his mistake and apologized. No big deal. Mistakes happen. Just refreshing to hear an employee take charge and admit mistakes with an apology to boot. Great job Gabe. Great job Culver’s.

I enjoy coming to this Culver's. This one has the fastest drive-thru service that I know. The person who takes your order is usually very friendly. And they're not in a rush to get rid of you. When you order your food and they tell you to pull around the building, make sure you go as far up as possible. If you're the only one in line, that means you have to circle around to the side of the building and stop right in front of the garbage can. This is important because it will allow the workers to wait on multiple people and be their most efficient.
