Gardiner Provisions

This place has the best food and drinks, it was our first time visiting here as locals. We loved it, the people working are so friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is peaceful and enjoyable. The Strawberry Matcha and the “Bomb” Cruffin, was to die for. We will be back!

Very cozy café on Thames street. Great atmosphere and service. Really good coffee and food. The music they play is at a decent volume, and to be quite frank very good and fitting to the venue. They are open one hour longer during the winter season than most other cafes in Newport, so this is the place to go if you want to be able to enjoy more of the afternoon out.

Great little coffee shop. Baristas are friendly with good service. A pleasant place to work or chat with friends. The Ube Latte is delicious!

Great new place. I actually parked in front of another coffee shop and on a whim decided to take a ten minute walk to Gardiner. That turned out to be the right move. Coffee was excellent, baked goods were delicious, but the most important aspect of my visit was the experience. When strangers on both sides of the counter can interact like humans and have a laugh together, it sets an uplifting, positive tone for the day on all sides. If I'm in the area again I'll definitely stop here. You should do the same!
