Exactly what you need before a day skiing. Breakfast burritos, sandwiches, bagels, coffee and smoothies. They are super fast and the food is great. Breakfast burrito and California burritos are perfect. Bagels are loaded with cream cheese. The prices are reasonable too.

We all got breakfast burritos, but among us, I didn't get potatoes. I'm so mad.

Fantastic Breakfast Spot! Fuel Cafe is a gem! The food was fresh and flavorful—I loved the California Burrito. The atmosphere was cozy, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Never had any problem till now since i start to go in that place, food is good and all the staff members are nice except for Andres/Andreas not sure about his name. I’m not going to go trough the details but I always say one thing: If you feel frustrated to work in a specific spot or working in general or even to take a simple order, letting know to the customer about your frustration pls stay home and leave your personal problems at home. Customer service is something else and it doesn’t belong to you because you can damage the company. Make peace with yourself. The rest of the team as a said it’s perfect. Tank you.

By far my fav coffee spot in all of Aspen/ snowmass. The coffee is so good and the service is fast and friendly! The bagels and cream cheese are fresh and the burritos are incredible
