Fresh Bites Dosirak

We were traveling through Jersey and this was our to-go spot for breakfast with the kids. Service is wonderful and the food is so hearty, clean, and DELICIOUS. When traveling it's always very greasy foods- this is a perfect place to get a good healthy bite to eat. 10/10 recommend!

We ordered the following: ✨ Wasabi Tuna Kimbap ✨ Shrimp Tempura Kimbap ✨ Spam Kimbap ✨ Cheese Ddubokki Surprisingly the Shrimp Tempura Kimbap was my favorite out of the three we tried. The Wasabi Tuna Kimbap wasn’t spicy at all even thought you could smell the wasabi. We added a little Kewpie mayo since it didn’t have any of that either (we prefer our tuna creamy). The cheese ddukbokki was a little bland for our taste but the rice cakes had a good chew to them.

I’ve ordered food from here plenty of times but never submitted a review on Google. Today I ordered an avocado salad for pick up through DoorDash for $7 + tax ( it was still less than $8). The avocado is the perfect portion to make this salad just right and the sesame dressing reminds you of eating a salad from an Asian restaurant. You get to eat something fresh and nutritious while still experiencing a bit of the culture.

Ordered take out and the food portions are amazing! I got the salmon bento and it came with soup, side dishes, and cali roll. Definitely a hidden gem in fort Lee!
