Fred Meyer

I shop a lot here. I feel like a lot of the time I buy reduced prices items but every time I went there I always came across those. Honestly I like shopping here I even became a boost member. And I enjoy doing both in store and online. It’s convenient.

Large variety of grocery and deli Choices. There is seating available for meals. They also have an Inhouse Starbucks and OnPoint Bank. In addition they have a bakery whereby you can special order cakes. Also a Meat and seafood department. Other sections of this large store include departments for the home, furniture, bedding, kitchen, bath, lighting, paint, automotive, hardware, garden, electronics/(music computers), clothing, shoes, children/baby, And Toys. It's an indoor one stop shopping experience. It is a little more expensive, and although they have much variety thier may be limitations on some choices. I guess one could say it's an everything store.

Malachi has literally the worst customer service skills of any individual I have ever interacted with. He's rude, mouthy, and if he isn't on his phone, he is either an absolute idiot or intentionally unhelpful and obtuse. Every time I have had to interact with him has been painful and upsetting. He mouths names under his breath at you. As if we can't see him doing it. At this point, I completely avoid the electronics section of this store if he is there. Tonight, I was checking out in the home section and he actually called another customer a grinch. Completely straight faced. He meant it, and we all heard him say it. I was just appalled. I was so embarrassed. It's just not professional. There was another time when he refused to help me find a cable for the TV and he just completely walk

Fred Meyers has an excellent deli and wine selection! Their staff is friendly and the store is very clean! Nice selections of produce too, along with their fresh meat area. They make it easy for ones that are gf, by color coding the tags under the products! Make sure you sign up with their fuel rewards program! Its well worth it!! Enjoy!! Update: I inadvertently dropped my sunglasses somewhere in the store a few weeks ago. Didn't realize it until I got home that they were missing! I went to Fred Meyer's several days later, and someone had turned them in!! Very happy for honesty!! Thank you Fred Meyer!!

I shop at Fred Meyers on Baseline in Cornelius Or. probably the worst store in the area but closest. I have mobility issues. I need a mobility cart. This location has fewer carts than needed. Most are not fully charged and in need of maintenance or replaced. I have suggested solutions regarding carts being fully charged. Customer service always gives excuses why my solution won’t work. I never hear I’ll put that in a suggestion box. When a person is using a mobility cart they shouldn’t have to put their purchases in the cart. I realize FM is part of the Kroger manoply. But someday service will be put back in Coustomer Service. When it does treating customers like they don’t matter will hurt business.
