Foundry Public House

The place has a nice rustic whiskey bar kind of feel. The food here is amazing. The staff are super friendly and have great customer service. I definitely recommend checking this place out Try the Mahi Mahi fried fish sandwich

It was our first time at this restaurant. Our waitress was excellent and the food was outstanding. The beer cheese with pretzel chips is a must and the brussel sprouts are the perfect side dish.

I cannot say enough great things about the Foundry! My Fiancé and I have always loved the food, drinks, and vibes of this place and asked to take our engagement photos here. Brittney the manager and the whole staff went above and beyond to make our vision come to life! Best place to visit if you are down for a good time and bite to eat/drink :).

The food and drink were very good, and the server (Bailey) was very sweet. Would recommend.

Not the type of establishment we want in Edwardsville. Shady people are working at this place, so watch yourself, especially at night and evenings. I have seen them serving very intoxicated people alcohol after hours that included a very suspiciously young person whos appearance looked to be underage. Food was good when they first opened around 2017 ish, but not so much anymore. Much better alternatives in town...
