Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Ordered via the app using a promo. Pizza was ready by it's estimated time. The pizza was well made - sufficient toppings & overall presentation.

We have used this location since they opened The pizzas are consistently excellent

People are always friendly and the pizzas are always made exactly how it was requested.

We LOVE the take and bake from Papa Murphy's Pizza. They do such a good job of making the pizza fresh in front of you. We have never had an issue with Papa Murphy's in Edwardsville, IL.

I placed an online order and went to the store to pick up my order on 4/4/25 in the evening. I’d like to say that the two women who were working that night went out of their way to not service a paying customer (me) or not even make eye contact with me based on the color of my skin. A young Caucasian man who entered the store after me was greeted before me and serviced and once he left, the two employees made no effort to service me. One of the employees who was a younger caucasian woman, avoided eye contact, went to the back of the store, returned to the front, and decided to start making a pizza instead of tending to a customer (me) who was present. It’s prejudice and unacceptable to people who are not Caucasian. I shouldnt have to say that I’m a black man and did not receive acceptable
