Terrible terrible service. I didn’t even get to become a patient before I was completely turned off from one last I spoke to over the phone trying to make an appointment. Everything was fine up until she told me what I was going to need to bring with me for my appointment, my income from the past month were one of those things and I told her that I didn’t have any income being that I’m a stay at home mom. She says with a snarky tone, “So how do you pay your bills?” As if that was any of her business but I said my man pays my bills. What part of stay at home mom did she not understand? Her tone for the rest of the conversation was very rude and at that point I was upset and I no longer wanted to come. My wife came home crying because she had to go there for prenatal care and they forced her to use an interpreter over speaker phone. She speaks English. Then, the healthcare providers loudly made nasty remarks about immigrants. They are the only ones in Citrus County that take Medicaid so she has to go and be degraded to care for our baby.

I called to ask a few questions and the lady who answered the phone was extremely uncaring and unprofessional. It honestly felt like she didn’t want to help or even guide me in the right direction. A little compassion goes a long way, especially in the medical field. If you don’t have patience or kindness for people seeking help, you’re in the wrong profession. Very disappointing.

Beware pregnant moms looking for prenatal care. They will drug test you without asking permission or telling you. The doctor there is also very rude for no reason. Overall bad experience trying to get prenatal care.

I went here because I was dealing with a new scary health issue and my current primary care physician was very short and not helpful for me. The Clinic staff was helpful, informative, and had excellent bedside manner. I would highly recommend this clinic. I had a female doctor with red hair, not sure of her name but her patience with me was everything I needed at the time. Her nurses were just as excellent to me.
