Flip The Bird Swampscott

First time trying Flip th Bird and it was darn good. Chicken was breaded and cooked to perfection....a nice meaty piece on a soft bun with fabulous fries...piping hot, salted just right and crispy. I do hope to see them further down the eastern seaboard.... Honestly, you will Flip for it.

Don’t sleep on this spot. Food is awesome, chicken is crispy but not over crispy, you still get that great chicken taste. Fries are spot on and not over-salted. The women at the front desk have unmatched energy, good taste in music and awesome customer service!

As can be seen in pictures, chicken was paper-thin. I showed manager and he said "it's not usually like that," and then proceeded to do nothing about it. Flavor was fine but for a 12 dollar sandwich I expected more (and better service). Won't return and do not recommend unless you are rich and like very small portions and indifferent management.

Everyone wanted FTB chicken sandos tonight but I just can’t feeling it. I went with the Healthy Hillbilly salad and it was amazing. Fresh salad ingredients and the addition of Fritos put it over the top. Highly recommended!

Edit: downgrading rating because of 32 minute wait for food, and this has happened several times before Outstanding fried chicken. Great discovery and will definitely be coming back. Good that there is a dine in option. Note that it does take a while for the food to be prepped and ready (10 mins or so) but that’s probably indicative that it’s as fresh as can be.
