I had the pleasure of meeting and getting to know Lindsay through work. She generously brought in some of her delicious cookies for a staff pot luck, and I was hooked after the first bite! I recently ordered my first dozen from her, and there wasn't a bad cookie in the bunch. They are filling and delicious and a great addition to a health lifestyle!

If I could give Flex 10 stars, I would! These cookies are ridiculously delicious for something so healthy. I've tried toffee, chocolate chip, snickerdoodle, peppermint mocha, maple cream, and confetti and every crumb was truly scrumptious. Healthy and tasty and made by a brilliant and talented baker/business owner. Not only do I purchase regularly, but I also give these cookies as gifts! You can't go wrong with Flex Bakery. You'll get an amazing product with truly legendary service!

So far I've tried 3 flavors...chocolate chip, snickerdoodle and confetti. All 3 are YUMMY!!! But for me, the best part is that the cookies combine high protein with low calories! Most high protein bars have way too many calories for me. These cookies are perfect at approx 100 calories each with 9 grams of protein. I also really like that the cookies don't taste overly sweet....making it the perfect addition to a meal or by itself as a mid day snack. The bonus? These cookies are SUPER HEALTHY!!! Wonderful experience with both the ease of ordering and receiving a delicious package of cookies. Ordered the Maple Cream that we’re light but still chewy with a wonderful taste and mouth feel. Will definitely order again!!

I ordered the three flavored variety pack. Absolutely delicious taste and texture. I'm looking forward to ordering many more of these delicious wonders. I live outside Boston, and shipping was fast.
