Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar

I cannot imagine anybody that gave this establishment anything less than five stars. From walking in and checking my coat, to the live piano player, to the incredible and impeccable service of our bartender/server, Noah. Everything was five stars all around! Chicken sliders, out of this world. Beef sliders, out of this world! Goat cheese, fritters, hummus, lettuce, wraps all of this was on their social hour menu! The drinks were to die for. Luckily I don’t live above this establishment or I would frequent it daily! Thank you for an amazing experience.

Lunch was good; reasonable prices for some pre-fixe selections. Soup was delicious and garnished with truffle oil. The steak frites was tender and the potato pavé were unique layered scalloped potatoes made into a jenga-type bricks like a French fry. Service was a little touch and go as we kept getting different members of the wait staff, but overall worked out. Their take on an espresso martini cocktail with the tequila was quite nice.

I’ve had Sea bass all over the country, and I love this Flemings for being able to cook it correctly. The atmosphere is very relaxed inside at the bar. Their espresso martini was the best I’ve ever had… with some coffee grounds on top. The service is better inside than outside, but it’s fine. I highly recommend the wedge salad and the Sea bass.

I think I may have found my favorite Flemings! Each location has a little something different to offer and Montvale is certainly one to experience. The attentive service, the delicious food and drinks, the beautiful ambiance, all exceeding our expectations. My husband and I visited on a Saturday evening, where we had the pleasure of having dinner with live piano music. Our server, Matt, was pleasantly charismatic, able to provide exclusive recommendations that we couldn’t miss out on like the sweet corn brûlée (which everyone must try!!). The presentation of the cocktails was like no other Fleming’s we’ve dined at, shout out to the operating partner, Tom for his recommendations of a signature smoked old fashioned and on cloud 9 and shout out to the bartender, David for making those stellar

We celebrated our friend’s birthday at Fleming’s . When I made the reservation I was asked if we were celebrating a special occasion. When being seated at our table it was tastefully decorated. Fleming’s is very impressive when you first step foot inside, its high ceilings and contemporary decor are pleasing to the eye. We had a drink at the bar before dinner which has plenty of seating at the bar and booths on the perimeter. The restaurants staff are all very friendly and attentive and operate with precision, a sign of good training. Our server did a great job of making sure we were taken care of.
