Five Guys

I don't frequent this neighborhood often, but this location has become a non-negotiable stop. While the food consistency is flawless, the staff is the true differentiator here. It is incredibly refreshing to encounter such high-level professionalism and attention to detail. From the warm welcome to the immaculate dining area, their team executes perfectly each recognizes their role in the bigger picture. Management should be incredibly proud of this crew.

Can't complain about the burgers, they do a really nice job. They're big, 🍔 loaded and super juicy. Also if you order a large fry, I don't think you can finish the whole thing lol. They must have had about a half a pound in there at least. The staff was extremely friendly and the facility was extremely clean, A clean bathroom = A clean kitchen! The staff works very hard, and remember, they do not set the price of the product. They work hard and do the best they can. We went to a "Red Robin" the other day, the prices were similar, and the burgers were much smaller. They also had the three managers working in the kitchen and waiting tables, (without a day off for 3 weeks I might add) that's all they had. So, I admire the staff members of these restaurants, they take a lot of guff, sometimes

So slow. It takes 15 minutes to cook a burger at 2pm. Fresh yeah sure. But step it up folks. In a mostly empty shop thats ridiculous and there a 100 other places in a two mile radius. Most are less expensive too.

Came in after the birth of my nephew cause my sister wanted some badly. Told someone that was taking my order that “may you please make the best burger and fries you can my sister just gave birth”. They sure did deliver came back to the room and my sister couldn’t stop munching on that burger. 5 stars 100%

Great quality food, but expensive. We had a bacon cheeseburger that was very good. Fries were good and you could tell they were very high quality and fresh. The shakes were very good. The hot dog was just a hot dog you can get anywhere just cut in half. Nothing special there. I ordered online and picked up. They have a great system where they do not make the fries and shakes until you are physically on the premises so that they are as fresh as possible. I would rate the food 5 stars and the price 3 stars. It's about same quality as Portillos, but more expensive.
