Five Guys

Bacon and cheese burger was great. Highly recommend as the tomatoes and lettuce was very fresh , meat was tasty and cooked well. Fries were way too salty for me but deep fried well.

I ordered a veggie sandwich and a large fry. The cashier/ food maker named Danielle was very kind, patient and attentive. Food was fresh and tasty,customer service was fast and excellent and dining area& drink station were very clean. Will return and would highly recommend! Keep up the great work!

Food was fine, but if you have to drink out of ketchup cups if you want water. They would not give us cups for water, despite having two freestyle soda fountains that definitely serve just water. Nor did they have bottles of water for sale. There was no other option. If the customer service were better, they could have compromised and let me use the soda cups to get water instead. I don’t understand what kind of training Five Guys gives their employees.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews for a new spot, but after visiting twice this week and having similar experiences, I figured some honest feedback might help. This Five Guys is super convenient since it’s right around the corner from my house, and I love the idea of having a real food option over typical plastic fast food. The new spot is nice and clean! That said, the fries came out undercooked and way too salty both times. Just way too soggy. The burgers were overcooked, and the milkshakes just didn’t have enough flavor mixed in. Hopefully, they can tighten things up because I’d really like this to be a go-to spot.

The workers here are the friendliest I've encountered at a Five Guys in a while! Service was quick, and the food was delicious!
