Five Guys

Very clean restaurant! The food was cooked right after I ordered and was very fresh. I ordered a small cajun cry and it almost filled half the bag (definitely not a bad thing!). Burger was cooked with the toppings I asked for. Great and friendly workers. 11/10 experience at this Five Guys location!

Paid $80 for 2 shakes, fries and two burger bowls. Didn’t get the fries and had to wait 15 minutes for shakes that turned out to be runny. Had to drive back and wait for large fries to be made and return shakes. Food is now cold. Don’t bother visiting unless you want to waste time and money.

The burger had an oily aftertaste and not like cooking oil more like motor oil or 3 in one oil. Easily the worst burger I have ever had at any Five Guys. Also there was so much salt on the fries we had to run each fry thru a napkin to scrape the salt off. Really disappointing as every other Five Guys is so much better. There is a Portillo's across the street that will get all our business from now on.

I ordered on the app at 4:15 to be picked up at 5pm. At 5:15 I asked how much longer do I have to wait and they said at least another 15 minutes. Absolutely unacceptable. Got my refund and went elsewhere. No apology or anything from the staff. Will never return not even for free stuff

Where do I start, okay first of all the store was filthy, every single table trashed, second this was my first and last time going there simply because $8 for a burger yeah no, total $20 for three things! fries where super salty, burger was gross and guess what stuff was not stocked!!! Had to take my pop with no lid when I went up and asked for a lid all three employees disappeared to god knows where anyway, there was only kids working no adult in sight to control how obnoxiously loud they where and believe me I’m not one to care, but anyway next time I’ll just go ahead and go to portillos across the street better value for my pennies anyway.
