First watch in bel air has been such a beautiful addition to our community. The food, atmosphere and the overall service from the back of house to the front is spectacular. I would like to specifically point out how amazing the back of the house runs. Sara Grady always ensures each plate is made with love and such care that it transcends into each bite you take. The general manager, Jen, is very welcoming and takes pride in her store. Our server, Steph, displayed so much enthusiasm and love for her job! She was a sweetheart from beginning to end and would highly recommend waiting for her section of tables to open up. She is worth the wait.
I was so excited to try First Watch. I have heard so many nice things, but my experience was unlike others. The order was placed online around 12:30-12:45p Pick up time was 1:45p. The sandwich I ordered, I asked for no tomatoes and potatoes. The sandwich came with tomatoes and the potatoes honestly look like they had those sitting on the burner ready to throw out considering they close around the 2-2:30p hour. I could not eat the potatoes because they were burnt and hard. I do not mind cooked potatoes but not like this. I took the tomatoes off the sandwich,but it was still dry. Unfortunately, I called back to the restaurant and they were already closed for the day. The order was not ready until 2:10 but it should have been ready at 1:45 because that was the pick up time and if there was st
Friendly timely service.accommodated dietary needs with a smile. Healthy turkey was tasty and filling. Came back for a second visit. Kyle was wonderful, checking on us throughout this busy busy morning! Thanks for adding to a previously wonderful experience.
LOVE THIS PLACE. The first one I went to was in Towson so I was so happy when one came to bel air. I always get the lemon ricotta pancakes and then try whatever seasonal specials they have. Ive never been dissatisfied with anything I've tried here. 10/10😍
