First Watch

I had the pleasure of visiting First Watch in Apex, NC, and I was genuinely impressed. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The service was attentive, warm, and truly went above and beyond—something that’s hard to find these days. The food was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. I especially appreciated the healthy options on the menu, and everything we ordered came out just right. One of the sandwiches we received was a bit too spicy for our taste, and without hesitation—no questions asked—they offered to replace it immediately. That kind of service really stood out. This place is a gem for breakfast or brunch, and the exceptional customer service made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Came as a family of 6 including my parents. Food was excellent and service was good. But waiting time was around 30 mins to get seated. It was a bit busy and noisy but can be expected on a Sunday morning. Our parents enjoyed the food and the kids loved the pancakes and granola. I am a huge fan of million dollar bacon. It never disappoints...

First time. So happy my friend told me about it! Was greated pleasantly and had a nice table with a good outdoors view. The pancake (1) was very good banana and pecan and the syrup served warm as it should be. They ARE large pancakes, believe them. I never felt rushed. I’ll be back, probably to a few of them. But Apex site is primo.

This is my second time trying first watch at this location. Food is always pre-cooked never fresh every time I get the sausage is shrunk tight like it’s just been sitting there half of my potatoes are burnt and I never should’ve went back because the first time honestly, I was sick as a dog after I ate that food I’ve waited 2 months for this AGAIN

Visited at the height of brunch and we were seated and served quickly so quickly. We had the bacon omelet and market hash bowl and both were very tasty. The standout, though, is the staff! So friendly and excellent teamwork.
