Fireside Brick Oven

Fireside is independently ranked by my father in law as the best pizza in the Unites States! The Caesar salad was so good i wasn't able to get a picture. Their hot sandwiches are great on fireside bread or flat bread. Since the renovations they have even more seats! Awesome beer selection available from One Family brewing!

I ordered off of doordash. The sandwich I got was the high point FS which I'm assuming stands for full size since there was a half and a quarter size available. The sandwich was about as big as my fist. Definitely not worth almost $19. And the mozzarella on it I was assuming was going to be fresh but instead it seemed like a single slice of cheese. I got a large Yellowstone Pizza which is buffalo chicken that said it had Gorgonzola on it, but instead of actual Gorgonzola it seemed like maybe they used blue cheese dressing but it tasted like ranch dressing and I can't stand ranch dressing. Additionally, I got the s'more Pizza which sounded like it could be worth it, but it tasted like uncooked dough with cinnamon, marshmallows and chocolate bars on it. First, the USO Center (on the Sub Base in New London) bought 10 large pizzas for the service members on a recent Tuesday. Fireside Pizza generously gave us a pan of Cannolis at no charge!! 🙏. Such gesture was very much appreciated by all the service members!!! Community-minded business! ❤️🇺🇸 Their pizza crust is like none other - thin, crispy, and not too glutinous. Best crust in New England! Best pizza in New Englabd!! Toppings are generous and their Rice Bowls are very delicious and very reasonably-priced! Will be going back to try other menu items!!!

Really fabulous brick oven/ wood fired pizza. Somewhat pricey but worth it. Quality control varies a bit - sometimes pizzas can be over fired and sometimes a bit soggy. Generally very yummy though.

Second year in a row we had a party of 35-40 people at fireside. We are at Mohegan Sun for a youth basketball tournament. The staff is awesome and accommodating, pizza delicious, and owner is great to our kids. Wish we lived closer to visit more often. Highly recommend!
