Dunkin'

Lately your coffee tastes like flavored water. I’m not sure if employees aren’t waiting for the pot to finish brewing before taking any out or you’re putting less grinds in the basket but the coffee has been terrible! Your staff is great and I’m always greeted with a friendly smile.

My husband went to the Gales ferry Dunkin’ Donuts this morning, and ordered an iced chai with less ice and almond milk and ended up with an iced chai with espresso in it. This is the second time they have added the espresso to the chai, which I did not ask for. At over five dollars a drink you think they would make it correctly. Unfortunately, you can call the number and you always get that The line is busy. Either they have many complaints coming in or they have their phone off either way very frustrating

I ordered a latte with light ice, still filled 75% with ice. Probably won't be back. Also lady at the mic was kinda rude and rushed me through the order.

They don't have any of the items listed in stock and they won't provide a refund if you pay for something they don't have. They also won't tell you that they don't have the food or drinks in stock until after you pay. Check first before you pay.

Veronica & Julie gave us excellent customer service today with a customized order. I am in a wheelchair and their bathroom is completely handicapped accessible and clean! 5 stars!!!
