Scroll down for part 2 This place is absolutely lovely. We had a wonderful time. Great for date night a girls day out or a business center very versatile, free parking and plenty of it. The tables are situated nicely so that there is a wide open space this wheelchair accessible special needs friendly environment. Our servers name was John. The manager’s name is Patrick absolutely wonderful. Our server was extremely knowledgeable on the entire menu. The drinks were also wonderful and not overbearing. The Bartender’s name is Vanessa. She was super delightful very personable. We had a great time. We recently had the pleasure of returning to one of our regular spots, Fire & Oak, and it was truly an outstanding experience from start to finish. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between upscale elegance and warm comfort — ideal for everything from a special celebration to a refined night out. The steaks and ribs were cooked to absolute perfection — tender, flavorful, and beautifully presented. And amazing cocktails as well. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the impeccable service. Manager Patrick deserves special recognition for running such a polished and welcoming operation. Conveniently located next to a Courtyard by Marriott hotel, but not able to charge the bill to the room. It's still nice not to have to go too far for some quality food. Prices are quite high, perhaps because of the location; forty per person at least before tip. I had one of the burgers and some yellow tail sashimi. Both were satisfying and presented nicely. Each sashimi piece was five...not cheap by any stretch of the imagination, but the quality was good. I do wish they had a sashimi platter to get better value. Maybe next time #bechego
Had the Champagne Brunch Buffet for my daughter’s bridal shower at Fire and Oak this past weekend. We were given plenty of time to access the room ahead of time to decorate, which was super helpful; the tables were set up the way we requested, the room was clean, tablecloths were already in place; the staff was available right away to address any needs or requests we had. Once the event started, the staff was very attentive, helpful, and friendly; drinks were refilled without having to ask, tables were kept clean, food was delicious and the serving trays were attended to and kept full. I was very pleased with the quality of the food and drinks, and the level of service provided. Fire and Oak did a wonderful job, and I would certainly use them again in the future. The concept of “New American” cuisine made its debut in the 1980s and is believed to be an evolution from the 1960s “nouvelle cuisine.” It marries the farm-to-table movement with a diverse range of ingredients, providing chefs with a canvas for culinary creativity. Attached to the Courtyard Marriott since 2009 off of Chestnut Ridge Road in Montvale, my partner and I decided on dinner at this establishment. The reservation was easily made via OpenTable. Upon entering Fire and Oak as first-timers, we were greeted by the host offering patrons four unique experiences in separate and distinct areas of the restaurant.
