Customer Reviews
LOVE Fidel’s. I’m a palisade local. Almost every day when I get off work I want a Fidel’s marg. Love the vibe, love the drinks, love the food. Audrey always knows how to make the best experience. My fav is the carnitas tacos and house salsa. The house marg sub mezcal is the best marg in the valley !!!!!!!! Trust me. Live.Laugh.Love.Fidels.
Stopped at Fidel’s while passing through Palisade with friends. Decided to share everything! Salad dressing was fantastic, mushroom tacos and enchiladas were top notch. Only complaint was we weren’t offered an NA option when we asked about the fresh peach puree, only told it was for the margaritas and we didn’t want to drink booze. Great selection of local hot sauces too.
I had the fish taco, small side of chips and salsa duo, pickled veggies and fried ice cream. The salsas and chips were amazing! The fish taco was really good; it hit the spot. The best part were the people working there. They were super friendly. I was driving through and I’m glad I went a little out of the way for this place. I’ll be back through again. The mezcal flights looked tasty, but I was driving so next time.
The atmosphere is great here. The michelada’s have a hint of a Bloody Mary taste. The carnitas tacos are the best of the 3 we had which were Quesabirria, Oaxacan, and Carnitas. Overall great we had 8 tacos 1 Michele’s and 1 modelo. Cost was short of 75 for 2 people plus tip.
Had a good time, the owners and staff were so gracious and friendly. A cozy, fun atmosphere. The food and drinks were amazing. Go if you are in town, you won't be sorry.
