My second time here, and both were great experiences. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and prices are very reasonable. Their donuts are delicious, and I was pleasantly surprised by their variety of donuts, cookies, and bread products, especially since I went in at 2:30 in the afternoon. I will definitely be back and hope to try more of their products!

I love Ferlo’s donuts! They are in my top three of the best donuts I’ve had. The plain cake donut with maple frosting with chocolate drizzle is my favorite followed by a close second of the plain cake donut with chocolate frosting. Breads and rolls are outstanding. The smart repeat customer looks to the left immediately when they walk in to see what’s on the discount shelving. Deep discounts on day old products is appreciated. The tomato pie is good, not as good as the top places in Utica, but definitely worth getting. Halfmoons are unique with hint of orange flavor in the chocolate. Service is outstanding as Andrea took care to box my treats to make sure my halfmoon frosting didn’t get smooshed in a bag with donuts.

Stopped in early on a Thursday morning to get some donuts. They were busy packing the delivery truck, which was pulled right up to the front door. I had never shopped here before so wasn’t quite sure if I was walking into the warehouse or a business! I looked around and saw the pastry case with the donuts. Someone asked if I needed help, and I said I wanted to get some donuts. The donuts aren’t labeled (that I could tell) and I didn’t see any prices except on the pastry boxes on the counter that had tomato pie (which I also purchased). I got 4 donuts; an apple cider glazed, a strawberry jelly, and 2 Boston crème. They were all delicious. The filled donuts were well-filled and very tasty.

This is the best bakery Rome has had in the 20 plus years I've lived here. They always go above and beyond to help their customers! Special shout out to Laurie! You really saved my bacon!!! N I'm sure my Dad's gonna love the lemon meringue!

Not a big fan of the tomato pie at all. Napolis is closed Thursdays and Mazz doesn’t do pie’s on Thursdays so you guys are missing out on a huge opportunity to have Thursday be a huge day for you guys. Announce it online do whatever just somehow notify people when you change that tomato pie because my gosh was it not the best. Might be good to other people though, not sure.
