Federico's Fresh Mex Cuisine

The food was delicious! We had fish tacos, shrimp tacos, loaded carne asada fries, and a burrito. The portion size was huge. By far the best fish tacos we had on our vacation. I would recommend giving this place a try. You definitely will not be disappointed!

We loved this spot during our visit! Very generous portions that left us full at about $20/person before tip. We both got burritos, one veggie, one chicken, and we both loved our meals! They have a sign saying they are short staffed, but even so, our food was ready in less than 10 mins on a Sunday night 👍🏼

I dont know what these negative reviews are talking about, they are NOT “mean” here— they’re over worked and under staffed! Give them a break and be patient. I’d wait all day for these tacos they are that delicious. We had 7 people in our party and we ate here 3 different times— we have no notes, the food is incredible. The chipotle fish tacos were my personal fave. There is a bit of wait for your food, but as mentioned, we found it totally worth it.

Alright you lil Kauai tourists..here’s my take on Mr fredricos montoyas lopez Maria Juan tacos. So I ordered the surf n turf burrito, it was good, nothing crazy. Chipotle has a lil more flavor tbh. BUTTT BUTTT, let me tell you about the crusted ahi tacos now them johns exploded in my mouth like those starburst commercials. Or that ratatouille scene where the flavor is busting in their mouths. Anyways. Pretty guud. Peace out

The food takes a bit to get made but it is worth the wait! The chicken on my salad was perfectly seasoned.
