He had his staff, Bob Green, walk us through the process from picking color samples to finalizing design and delivery. They kept us in the loop throughout the process. In addition, their expertise and recommendations ensured the booth would fit the space and fit through our doors. 😊 Even though we were a small order, in comparison to a restaurant, they were responsive and patient with us as we had numerous questions and concerns. I can't say enough positive things about Bill and his team. He is not only professional and personable but he actually gets things done on time! We used Ferris Hospitality to open The Sideboard here in town and once we started using him everything sped up and was done correctly.
