Embers Brewhouse

These enterprise beers were great. Passing by the expanse meadows with cows grazing leisurely, I had high expectations of delicious juicy burgers. We ordered two different kinds but the whisky river burger was way overcooked. In the end I noticed almost everyone else was having pizza.

We showed up right when they were slammed busy and shorthanded. We had to wait a little, but it was worth it. It's a little small inside, but they have plenty of outdoor seating as well. We had to sit inside, even though it was kind of a nice day. They were just too busy to serve tables inside and outside, going back and forth from the kitchen constantly with such a small crew. Well, I've worked in food service, in a nice hotel, so I completely understand. Besides, it got really windy anyway! They have 17 microbrew beers on tap and great food choices. Pizza was delicious - we did had to wait 45min for our food- *our server warned us that it was taking that long to get the pizzas out. Indoor and outdoor seating, dogs welcomed (1 per outdoor table). We sat inside and there was a large party and it did get somewhat loud.

Pizza looked better than it tasted. Solid option, but nothing amazing

The brisket salad was fantastic. Service was friendly and energetic. The mango beer was worth trying. Similar to a cider without the harsh sour.
